Modus UI

Plate Wheel

Web (React)

A tilted WebGL wheel of curved, muted image plates turning over a ruled sheet in the theme colours.

Sixteen curved image plates wound around a tilted cylinder, turning slowly and floating up and down over a ruled grid drawn from the theme background and foreground tokens. Photos are desaturated by default for a quiet editorial tone. It fills its positioned parent, pauses when off screen and renders a still frame when the user prefers reduced motion.
